Young swordsman Hiroki is making a vow to his master that he will defend his homeland and to protect those he loves from dangers. The Samurai who is the only one in his village is confronted by tragedy , and has to carry out his duties. He is forced to cross the threshold of the grave and confront the facts and make a decision about his destiny.
